As the Group's 'production unit', the Property Development department has two main functions:




 
 
 

planning and analysing projects which contribute to the Group's growth by optimising the input data provided by General Management (financial targets) and the Regional Division concerned (commercial targets);

managing property development projects approved by the Investment Commitment, in compliance with the cost, delivery and quality targets set.

 

Socomie was awarded ISO 9001 v. 2000 certification for its property development services last November. The department has a team of six people structured on a project management basis, headed by Pierre Goffinon - pgoffinon@socomie.fr
